Church San Miguel Arcángel of Utuado is a historic Roman Catholic church in Utuado Pueblo, the center of Utuado, Puerto Rico. It sits on Dr. Barbosa Street in the town square, next to the parish house and the Catholic school.

The church was designed in 1866 by Onofre Llorapart and built in stages from 1872 to 1878. Its Spanish Colonial style includes Renaissance and Neoclassical touches common to 19th‑century Puerto Rican churches. The exterior is well preserved, with minor renovations and the removal of Renaissance-style side pillars and arcades in 1965.

It is listed on the United States National Register of Historic Places and on Puerto Rico’s Inventory of Historic Churches and Zones for its architectural and historical importance. The National Register reference number is 84000447, and it was added to the Register on December 10, 1984, with a separate designation as a historic site on March 15, 2001.
