Church Hill is a small, unincorporated community in eastern Rusk County, Texas, about 9 miles northeast of Henderson. It sits at the crossroads of Farm to Market Roads 1251 and 3135 and is part of the Longview metropolitan area. The ZIP code is 75652.

In the 1850s Georgia settlers named the place for a hill with a church, and the area soon had plantations. Dr. Prior built the first brick house after moving from Virginia. A post office operated from 1893 to 1904 with George S. Strong as postmaster; after that, mail came from Henderson. In 1895 the population was about 30, with a Methodist church and a general store. The population stayed around 30 through 1966 and was about 20 in 2000. The nearby Strong Cemetery is a local landmark.

Church Hill had a school called the Church Hill Male and Female Academy in the 1850s, supported by a Presbyterian church. Land for the school was donated by John C. Robertson, Samuel Watson, and Strong; trustees included Jackson Pryor, Anderson W. Smith, Newell Tullis, and William P. Wright, with John M. Becton as principal. The school closed after the Civil War. Today, residents attend Henderson Independent School District.
