Luke Gambin is a professional footballer who plays as a winger. Born in Sutton, London, on 16 March 1993, he is of Maltese descent and has represented the Malta national team since 2016.

He started in AFC Wimbledon’s youth system before joining Barnet in 2009. Gambin made his Barnet first-team debut in 2012 and had loan spells at Hemel Hempstead Town and Hendon. He helped Barnet win the Conference Premier in 2014-15, earning promotion to League Two. In 2017 he moved to Luton Town, later going on loan to Crawley Town.

Gambin joined Colchester United in 2019, with a loan spell at Newport County in 2021. He has also played for Ħamrun Spartans, Sutton United, Hayes & Yeading United, and Burgess Hill Town. In 2025, he joined the six-a-side Baller League UK, playing for Wembley Rangers AFC.

Internationally, Gambin has 36 Malta caps and 1 goal. He debuted for Malta in 2016 and scored his first international goal in 2021 against Slovakia in a World Cup qualifier.
