Chira Irina Apostol, later Stoean, (born 1 June 1960 in Alexeni, Romania) is a retired Romanian rower who competed in the coxed four. She won Olympic gold in 1984 in Los Angeles and silver at the World Championships in 1983 (Duisburg) and 1985 (Hazewinkel). She stood 180 cm tall and weighed 78 kg. In 1986 she competed at the World Rowing Championships under her married name Stoean.
