China Investment Securities Co., Ltd. (CISC), formerly China Jianyin Investment Securities Co., Ltd. (CJIS), is a Chinese investment bank and brokerage based in Shenzhen. It was created in 2005 from the securities assets of the former China Southern Securities and was originally owned by China Jianyin Investment. CJIS later became wholly owned by Central Huijin Investment (2011–2016) and was renamed China Investment Securities Co., Ltd. In 2016, China International Capital Corporation (CICC) acquired CISC in an all-share deal, making CICC its owner.

As of 2015, CISC ran about 160 branches across mainland China and Hong Kong, with revenue of about CN¥8.715 billion, operating income CN¥4.881 billion, and net income CN¥3.639 billion. The company employs around 3,588 people and is headquartered in Shenzhen. It serves customers in mainland China and Hong Kong.
