Hyposmocoma brevistrigata is a moth in the Cosmopterigidae family. It belongs to the Hyposmocoma genus and carries the full name Hyposmocoma brevistrigata. The species was first described by Lord Walsingham in 1907. It is endemic to the Hawaiian island of Kauai, meaning it is found only there.
