Chicago Bliss were a women’s football team based in the Chicago area. Founded in 2004 as one of the four teams for the first Lingerie Bowl, they played in the league that would become the Legends Football League (LFL) and later the Legends Football League in 2013. They were based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, and hosted games at Sears Centre Arena (also using Toyota Park in Bridgeview). The team wore orange and blue. Head coaches were Keith Hac (2009–2018) and Sidney Lewis (2019).

The Bliss finished with the league’s best all-time record at 40–14–1 and won four Legends Cup championships (2013, 2014, 2016, 2018). They were Eastern Conference champions in 2009, 2015, 2016 and 2018, and Western Conference champions in 2013 and 2014. Their first LFL game was September 4, 2009, a 29–19 win over the Miami Caliente at Sears Centre. In 2009 they beat Miami Caliente 20–7 to win the Eastern Conference but lost Legends Cup VII to the Los Angeles Temptation, 27–14. Notable player Danielle Moinet played 2008–2011 as cornerback and captain.

Hac coached nine seasons, going 29–6–1 in the regular season with eight playoff appearances, six Legends Cup appearances, and four titles; his overall record was 40–10–1, making him the league’s winningest coach. After the 2019 season, the LFL ceased operations and relaunched as the X League in 2022; the Bliss were replaced by the Chicago Blitz.
