Charlie Bullen is an American football coach currently serving as the outside linebackers coach for the New York Giants in the NFL. He has previously coached for the Iowa Hawkeyes, Miami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals, and Illinois Fighting Illini.

Born September 28, 1984, in Palatine, Illinois, Bullen went to William Fremd High School, where he played with future NFL quarterback Scott Tolzien. He played quarterback at Harper College and St. Norbert College. He later attended the University of Iowa, earning a finance degree in 2008 and a master's degree in sports management in 2011.

Coaching career:
- 2006: Volunteer assistant at Iowa City High School (worked with quarterbacks)
- 2007–2008: Student assistant at Iowa (quarterbacks)
- 2009–2011: Graduate assistant at Iowa (defensive backs)
- 2012–2018: Miami Dolphins (defensive roles) — defensive assistant (2012), assistant defensive line coach (2013–2015), assistant linebackers coach (2016–2018)
- 2019–2022: Arizona Cardinals — assistant linebackers coach (2019), outside linebackers coach (2020–2022)
- 2023: Illinois — outside linebackers coach and pass rush coordinator
- 2024–present: New York Giants — outside linebackers coach
- 2025: Promoted to interim defensive coordinator after the firing of Shane Bowen
- Post-2025: Retained as outside linebackers coach by new head coach John Harbaugh

Notable achievement: In 2020–2021, the Cardinals recorded 89 sacks, with Bullen’s outside linebackers contributing 50 of them.
