centrotherm international AG is a German supplier of process technology and equipment for the photovoltaics, semiconductor, and microelectronics industries. Based in Blaubeuren, Baden-Württemberg, the company develops, builds and sells thermal equipment and production processes for making solar cells, power semiconductors, logic and memory devices, LEDs and sensors, plus related services.

Founded in 1976 as centrotherm Elektrische Anlagen GmbH + Co. KG, it entered the photovoltaic field in the 1990s and grew into a global player. The PV business unit was renamed in 2004 to centrotherm photovoltaics solutions GmbH & Co. KG, and in 2006 to centrotherm photovoltaics AG. The company has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Prime Standard since October 2007 and joined the TecDAX in December 2007.

As of 2013, the group had about 817 employees. Financial figures from the 2012–2013 period show revenue around €150 million, operating income about €30 million, net income around €77 million, total assets near €378 million, and equity around €49 million.
