Cecil Butler (architect)
Cecil Butler (1897–1947) was an English architect best known for his work at Hampstead Garden Suburb. From 1923 to 1928 he was the architect for the Co-partnership Tenants, designing Neale Close, Midholm Close, and 34A–72 Hill Top, as well as flats and shops at Lyttelton Court and Falloden Way. He later became a partner in Shayles, Butler & Dilke in Shrewsbury from 1939 to 1941. From 1942 to 1945 he worked for the Lands Department of the War Office.
