Carlos Alberto Urrunaga Díaz, born 6 July 1946 in Breña, Lima, Peru, is a former Peruvian footballer who played as a forward. Nicknamed "Pinocho," he began playing in his hometown and made his professional debut in 1964 with Defensor Lima.

He later played for Defensor Arica (1969–1970), helping the club reach the 1969 runners-up spot and compete in the 1970 Copa Libertadores. In 1971 he joined Universitario de Deportes and was part of the squad that won the 1971 Copa Libertadores. He also played for Juan Aurich (1972), Unión San Felipe (Chile, 1973), Deportes Concepción (Chile, 1974–1975), Rangers de Talca (Chile, 1976), and Rayo Vallecano in Spain (1976–1978, including a season in La Liga). He finished his career with Colegio Nacional Iquitos (1978) and Deportivo Quevedo (1979).

Internationally, Urrunaga represented Peru from 1965 to 1972 and played in the 1970 World Cup qualifiers, as well as a friendly against Brazil (a 4–0 loss). He now lives in Trujillo, Peru, where he teaches at a youth football academy. His grandson Héctor Urrunaga has played for Penya Encarnada d'Andorra.
