Carlos Raúl Contreras Guillén (7 October 1938 – 17 April 2020) was a Chilean football defender. He was born in Santiago, Chile, and was 1.80 meters tall. He spent most of his club career with Universidad de Chile from 1958 to 1969, making 189 league appearances and scoring 2 goals. He also played for Antofagasta Portuario (1970–1971) and Ferroviarios (1972–1973). For the Chile national team, he earned 30 caps between 1959 and 1966 and played in the 1962 FIFA World Cup. After his playing career, he managed several teams: Deportes Aviación (1975–1976), Rangers de Talca (1978), Unión La Calera (1980–1981), Curicó Unido (1983), and Santiago Morning (1984). He died in Puente Alto, Chile.
