Capraiellus

Capraiellus is a small group of European cockroaches in the family Ectobiidae. They are not found all over the world. The genus Capraiellus was established by Harz in 1976 and sits in the following classification: Kingdom Animalia, Phylum Arthropoda, Class Insecta, Order Blattodea, Family Ectobiidae, Subfamily Ectobiinae.

One species in this genus is Capraiellus panzeri.

Note: Capraiellus haeckelii, described by Bolívar in 1876, is considered a nomen dubium (a dubious name). In some classifications it is treated as a synonym of Ectobius panzeri servillei Fernandes, 1962.
