Bystřec (German: Waltersdorf) is a small municipality and village in the Ústí nad Orlicí District, Pardubice Region, in the Czech Republic. The village sits about 490 meters above sea level and covers 18.14 square kilometers. As of January 1, 2025, it has about 1,130 residents.
