Bryan Cullen (born 7 April 1984 in Dublin) is a former Irish Gaelic footballer who played as a left wing-forward for Dublin. He played club football with Skerries Harps and worked as a physiotherapist. Cullen made his Dublin debut in 2003 and retired on 9 January 2015.

In inter-county football, he made 55 appearances and scored 0-36. He won two All-Ireland medals (2011 and 2013) and nine Leinster titles, and captained Dublin to the 2011 All-Ireland final victory over Kerry.

At club level, Cullen captained DCU to Sigerson Cup victories in 2006 and 2010, becoming the first Dublin player to captain a Sigerson-winning team. He represented Ireland in the International Rules Series in 2004, 2005 and 2008 (Ireland won in 2004 and 2005).

His brother Graham was part of the Dublin Under-21 All-Ireland winning team. Cullen married Cork native Ailis McSweeney in January 2013; she is the Irish record holder for the 100 metres. He also studied for a PhD at Dublin City University during his career.
