Brian McCormack
Brian McCormack (Irish: Brian Mac Cormaic), nicknamed Bruno, is a Gaelic footballer from County Laois, Ireland. He plays for the Portlaoise club and usually lines out at left half back (wing back) for the Laois senior football team. He came onto the inter-county scene in 1997 with the Laois minor team that won the All-Ireland Minor Football Championship. He captained Portlaoise to the Leinster Club Football Championship in 2009. McCormack has also played for the Laois senior hurling team. In a 2013 league match against Stradbally, he was struck in the mouth from behind and needed dental treatment. He has won 15 Laois Senior Football club titles and 1 Laois Senior Hurling club title.
