Brazil men's national beach handball team
The Brazil men's national beach handball team is Brazil’s national team for beach handball. It is governed by the Confederação Brasileira de Handebol, and the team is coached by Antonio Guerra.
They are one of the sport’s most successful teams. Brazil has won the IHF World Beach Handball Championship five times: in 2006, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2018. They have also won the World Games three times: in 2009, 2013 and 2017. Their first World Championship appearance was in 2004, and they have competed in ten tournaments. Their World Games debut was in 2001, and they have appeared five times.
Brazil also competes in regional events in the Americas, including the Pan American Championship, and took part in the 2019 World Beach Games in Doha, Qatar.
The country also has a Brazil national youth beach handball team. The youth team competes in events such as the IHF Youth Beach Handball World Championship (2022 in Greece) and various South American youth championships.
