Mukhtarkhan Qabylanbekuly Dildabekov (born March 19, 1976) is a Kazakh boxer who fought in the super heavyweight division. He was born in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, and stood 1.97 meters tall.

Dildabekov is best known for winning a silver medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. On the way to the final, he defeated Alexis Rubalcaba of Cuba and Rustam Saidov of Uzbekistan, but then lost to Audley Harrison of Britain in the final.

He also won a silver medal at the 1999 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Houston. At the Asian Games, he won gold in 1998 (Bangkok) and silver in 2002 (Busan) and 2006 (Doha), behind Rustam Saidov.

He earned a spot in the Athens 2004 Olympics by winning the Guangzhou Asian Olympic Qualifying Tournament, where he defeated Ruslan Abasov in the final. In Athens, he was eliminated in an early round by the eventual gold medalist Alexander Povetkin.
