Boreichthys is an extinct genus of ray-finned fish from the Late Triassic period, probably the Norian age. Fossils have been found on Franz-Josef Land in the Arkhangelsk Oblast of Russia. It belongs to the family Colobodontidae within the order Colobodontiformes, and the only described species is Boreichthys skolai, named by Selezneva in 1982.
