Robert Francis McKinney (October 4, 1875 – August 19, 1946) was an American Major League Baseball infielder who played for the Philadelphia Athletics in 1901. He batted and threw right-handed and appeared at both second and third base. Born in McSherrystown, Pennsylvania, he made his MLB debut on July 23, 1901, and played his last game on August 2, 1901. In his brief major league career, McKinney had a .000 batting average with 0 home runs and 0 RBIs. He died in Chicago, Illinois, at age 70.
