Blame It on My Youth is a jazz studio album by Art Farmer and his Quintet. It was recorded in New York City on February 4 and 8, 1988, and released later that year on the Contemporary label (catalog C-14042). The album lasts 47 minutes and 32 seconds and was produced by Helen Keane. In Art Farmer’s discography, it comes after Something to Live For: The Music of Billy Strayhorn (1987) and before Ph.D. (1989).

Reception: AllMusic reviewer Scott Yanow said it is one of Farmer’s better recordings from the 1980s, noting Farmer’s consistent performance on the flugelhorn and calling the album enjoyable and successful. The Penguin Guide to Jazz awarded the album a Crown, indicating special admiration for it.
