Bislim Kadri Bajgora (1880 – 1 March 1947) was an Albanian nationalist from the Shala tribe in Mitrovica. During World War II he led Balli Kombëtar forces in Kosovo and served as an adjutant to Günther Hausding, the head of the Gestapo, under German occupation.

Bajgora gained strong German backing and helped organize Albanian armed groups in Mitrovica, working with Xhafer Deva. After the 1941 German advance, Albanian-language schools were opened for the first time in decades, with Bajgora playing a key role. His forces arrested and killed Albanian communist Vasil Shanto on 1 February 1944 in Shkodër, as revenge for Adem Boletini (son of Isa Boletini).

After World War II, Bajgora and his fighters refused to surrender to Yugoslav authorities. On 16 December 1946 his forces killed 18 Yugoslav security members near Vushtrri. He was killed by Yugoslav forces on 3 March 1947. A street in Mitrovica is named after him.
