Binnya Ran I, also known as Rama Razadarit, was the king of Hanthawaddy Pegu from 1424 to 1446. He was the son of King Razadarit and Queen Thuddhamaya.

As crown prince, he helped end the Forty Years' War with the Ava Kingdom in 1423. He came to the throne in 1424 after poisoning his older brother, Binnya Dhammaraza.

During his reign, Binnya Ran kept his kingdom mostly peaceful for about 20 years. He used a strategy to keep Ava weak and supported Toungoo’s rebellion against Ava from 1437 to 1442, placing his son as the viceroy of Toungoo. When Ava reconquered Toungoo in 1442, he did not start a new large war against Ava.

He allowed his other brother, Binnya Kyan, to govern Martaban with near independence. He also became involved in Ava’s politics: in 1426 Mohnyin Thado became king of Ava, and in 1429 his sister Shin Sawbu fled back to Pegu. That year, Binnya Ran allied with Toungoo to attack Prome, but Mohnyin Thado sent a wife to him, Soe Min Wimala Dewi, and peace was made. The alliance was mostly a convenient way for Binnya Ran to keep Ava busy.

When Toungoo rose up again in 1437, Binnya Ran helped them, and they defeated Ava, making his son Minsaw the viceroy of Toungoo. In 1440, Ava reconquered Toungoo, and from then on Binnya Ran avoided major wars, watching Ava deal with other threats.

Binnya Ran died in September 1446 after about 22 years on the throne. He was succeeded by his nephew and adopted son Binnya Waru. His reign included many shifts and alliances as Hanthawaddy tried to stay strong while Ava faced other problems.
