Beringin is a district (kecamatan) in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. It covers 56.94 square kilometers. In 2020, 60,711 people lived there. The mid-2024 population estimate is 67,904 (34,132 men and 33,772 women). The district has 11 rural villages (desa). All villages share the postcode 20552. Some village names include Roman numerals II, V, and VI, which are often written as Dua, Lima, and Enam.
