Benninghof Run
Benninghof Run is a small stream in Venango County, Pennsylvania. It is about 3.26 miles long and starts on the divide between Oil Creek and Cherrytree Run, near Toonerville, at an elevation of about 1,560 feet. The stream flows until it enters Oil Creek about 0.25 miles upstream of Petroleum Center, at an elevation of about 1,070 feet. The watershed draining into Benninghof Run covers roughly 2.86 square miles. On average, about 5.41 cubic feet of water flow from the stream into Oil Creek each second. The water from Benninghof Run eventually reaches the Allegheny River, then the Ohio River, the Mississippi River, and finally the Gulf of Mexico. Its tributaries are unnamed. The mouth is located in Oil Creek State Park.
