Belleville High School (New Jersey)
Belleville High School is a public high school for grades 9–12 in Belleville, Essex County, New Jersey. It is the only high school in the Belleville School District and has been accredited by the Middle States Association since 1964. As of 2024–25, about 1,590 students attend, taught by about 123 full-time teachers, for a student–teacher ratio of roughly 13:1. About 58% of students qualify for free lunch and about 12% for reduced-price lunch. The school's colors are blue, gold, and white, and the athletic teams are called the Buccaneers. Belleville High competes in the Super Essex Conference, and in football it participates in the North Jersey Super Football Conference. For football, it was classified in Group IV North for 2024–2026.
