Barry Corner is an unincorporated community in the town of Pepin, Pepin County, Wisconsin, United States. It sits at the junction of County Highways I and CC and Bogus Road, about 6.7 miles north-northwest of the village of Pepin.

Today, the northeast and southwest corners have farmhouses, while the northwest and southeast corners are mostly crop fields. The place is named after Anna Barry, a 19th-century teacher who ran the one-room Barry Corner School. The old schoolhouse was on County Road I, within about a mile of the I/CC/Bogus intersection.
