Bätterkinden railway station

Bätterkinden railway station is in the municipality of Bätterkinden in the Swiss canton of Bern. It lies on the Solothurn–Worblaufen railway line and is about 10 km from Solothurn. The station has two side platforms and two tracks, and it is accessible for passengers with mobility impairments.

The station is owned by Regionalverkehr Bern-Solothurn (RBS). Trains are operated by RBS, and there are connections to RBS buses and PostAuto buses. The station code is 8508064 (BKI) and it is in Libero fare zone 218. The elevation is 472 m above sea level.

Bätterkinden station opened on 10 April 1916.

As of the December 2024 timetable, services stopping at Bätterkinden include the RE5 regional train between Solothurn and Bern, and the Bern S-Bahn line S8, which serves the station on weekdays.
