Ex Parte Graham (1963) 4 SA 145 (D) is a South African case about inheritance when two people die in the same incident. A woman wrote a will saying her adopted son would inherit her estate when she died. If the son predeceased her, her mother would inherit instead. The woman and her adopted son died in a plane crash. The Registrar asked the court to declare that they died at the same time, and the court granted this.
