Ayesha Naseem (born 7 August 2004) is a Pakistani former cricketer who played for the national team from 2020 to 2023. She is a right-handed batter and bowls right-arm medium pace. She was born in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

Naseem burst onto the scene as a teenager when she was picked for Pakistan’s squad for the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup at age 15. She made her Women’s T20 International debut on 3 March 2020 against Thailand. She later made her Women’s ODI debut on 12 July 2021 against the West Indies. Her last ODI came on 21 January 2023 against Australia, and her last T20I was on 15 February 2023 against Ireland.

In domestic cricket, she played for Abbottabad in 2016–2017. Across 30 T20I matches, Naseem scored 369 runs with an average of 19.45, and her top score was 45 not out. She also took 1 catch. In her 4 WODI matches, she scored 33 runs with an average of 8.25, and her top score was 16.

Naseem received several recognition moments: in December 2020, she was named in Pakistan’s squad for a series against South Africa and was shortlisted for the Women’s Emerging Cricketer of the Year at the 2020 PCB Awards. In June 2021, she was named in the squad for the West Indies series, and in May 2022, she was chosen for Pakistan’s team at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

On 20 July 2023, Naseem announced her retirement from international cricket at the age of 18 to live according to the teachings of Islam.
