Lieutenant General Aye Ko (Burmese: အေးကို) was a Burmese army officer and a political leader. He served as Vice President of Burma from December 1985 to September 1988 and briefly acted as president in August 1988 during a time of political upheaval.

Born on 19 September 1921 in Pathein, British Burma, Aye Ko joined the Myanmar Armed Forces on 20 April 1952 as a second lieutenant. He rose through the ranks over the years, becoming a captain in 1955, major in 1961, lieutenant colonel in 1964, colonel in 1966, and eventually a lieutenant general in 1981. He held many key commands, including:
- Deputy Commander of the 30 Infantry Battalion
- Commander of the No. 1 Shan Rifle Battalion
- Commander of the 88th Light Infantry Division
- Commander of the Strategic Operation Command
- Commander of the North Eastern and North Western Regional Military Commands
- Commander of the Yangon Regional Military Command
- Vice Chief of Staff (Army) in 1976 and Chief of Staff (Army) in 1981

Aye Ko resigned from the armed forces on 19 September 1981.

After his military career, he entered politics and became Vice President of Burma, serving under Presidents Sein Lwin and Maung Maung until September 1988. He also briefly served as acting president in August 1988.

Aye Ko died on 26 September 2006 in Yangon at the age of 85. He was associated with the BSPP (Burmese Socialist Programme Party).
