Australian Aircraft Kits
Australian Aircraft Kits Pty Ltd is an Australian aircraft manufacturer based in Taree, New South Wales. Founded in 2003, it is privately owned and led by Ole Hartmann. The company designs and builds light aircraft that are sold as kits for amateur builders, as well as ready-to-fly light-sport aircraft. It also repairs homebuilt aircraft.
The company produces four models: the high-wing two-seat Hornet STOL, Hornet Cub, and Bushman, plus the shoulder-wing Wasp. The Hornet STOL won the Most Innovative Ultralight Design award in 2004 at Narromine.
