Attila Forrai (born 19 August 1973) is a Hungarian former footballer who played as a midfielder. He was born in Bonyhád, Hungary, and is 1.82 meters tall. In his youth he played for Bonyhád, VLC, Pécsi MFC, Budapest Honvéd, and Bayer Leverkusen.

Forrai spent most of his career in Hungary, most notably with Budapest Honvéd (1993–1998), where he made 74 league appearances and scored once. He also had a loan spell at Ferencvárosi TC in 1997. Other Hungarian clubs he played for include Gázszer FC, BVSC Budapest, Demecser FC, Gödöllői FC, FC Dabas, and Lombard-Pápa TFC. Abroad, he played for Sportfreunde Siegen in Germany and for VSE St. Pölten in Austria, and later for Mosonmagyaróvári TE 1904 (2005–2007).
