Albert James Baker (1874–1964) was an American farmer, businessman, and politician in Wisconsin. He was born in Primrose, Wisconsin, and worked as a farmer as well as in a creamery and insurance business. He first married Elizabeth Erfurth and, after her death, married Bertha Bowers Skow. He died at his home in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, in 1964; his estate was worth more than $77,000. Baker served as Primrose town chairman (mayor), town assessor, and on the local school board. He was a Republican and served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1927 to 1939 and again from 1940 to 1944.
