Arzuhan Doğan Yalçındağ (born 1965) is a Turkish businesswoman and the chairwoman of Doğan Holding, a large Turkish industrial group. She is the daughter of media owner Aydın Doğan and took over the family business on January 1, 2010. From 2007 to 2010, she was the first woman to chair TÜSİAD, Turkey’s main association of businesspeople.

She finished high school at Lycée Français Saint-Michel in Istanbul, earned a sociology degree from Boğaziçi University, and later studied business administration in the United Kingdom. She is married to Mehmet Ali Yalçındağ and they have two children.

Since 1996 she has worked in media. She helped establish CNN Türk in a joint venture with AOL Time Warner. Earlier, she worked in finance for the Milliyet Group, helped start Alternatif Bank (where she later became a board member), and founded MILPA CO, a mail-order company with the German Quelle Company.

Yalçındağ serves on several boards and foundations, including the Education Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV), the Turkish-American Businessmen’s Association (TABA), the Turkish Women Entrepreneurs Association (KAGİDER), and the Third Sector Foundation of Turkey (TÜSEV). She helped found the Women’s Initiative for Turkey in the European Union and the Aydın Doğan Foundation. She is a board member of the American-Turkish Society and was previously head of TÜSİAD’s Social Affairs Committee before becoming president.
