Archilestes californicus, the California spreadwing, is a damselfly in the Lestidae family. It lives in North America and Central America. It is not endangered; the IUCN lists it as Least Concern, and its population is increasing. The IUCN status was last reviewed in 2017. The species was described by McLachlan in 1895.
