Arbab Kandi (Persian: ارباب كندي) is a small village in Naqdi Rural District, Meshgin-e Sharqi District, Meshgin Shahr County, Ardabil Province, Iran. It is also known as Arbāb Kandī, Arbāb, Arva, Arveh, Avra, and Evreh. The village is located at about 38.496°N latitude and 48.027°E longitude. Population has declined over the years: 903 people in 209 households (2006), 875 in 243 households (2011), and 595 in 200 households (2016). The time zone is Iran Standard Time (UTC+3:30).
