Antonio Lao
Antonio "Toni" Lao Doña (born 17 January 1984 in Barcelona) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a central midfielder. He is 1.78 meters tall. Lao spent most of his career in Spain's lower leagues, playing for Caprabo, Espanyol B, Gramenet, Sabadell, Badalona, Sant Julià and Inter d'Escaldes. In the league, he made 559 appearances and scored 10 goals, with notable spells at Espanyol B (158), Sabadell (133) and Badalona (129).
