Antonia Rey, born Maria Antonia Rey on October 12, 1927, in Camajuaní, Cuba, was a Cuban-born American actress. She grew up in Havana and studied acting. After her father Antonio Francesch died early, she used her mother's surname, Rey. In 1958 she married theater director Andres Castro, and in 1961 they left Cuba for the United States.

On Broadway, she appeared in The Rose Tattoo, The Ritz, A Streetcar Named Desire, and Bajour, among other productions. She also acted in films such as Kiss Me, Guido (1997), Jacob’s Ladder, and King of the Gypsies, and she appeared on TV in Kojak: The Marcus-Nelson Murders, Who’s the Boss?, Third Watch, Law & Order, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

Her final role was Assunta Bianchi in the TV series Happy!, with her character dying near the end; the final episode aired after her death and included an In Memory credit. Antonia Rey died on February 21, 2019, at age 91.
