António Matias

António Eduardo Castanho Matias (10 April 1963 – 3 January 2008) was a Portuguese judo athlete. He was born in Lisbon and died in Lisbon at age 44. He stood 180 cm tall and weighed about 77 kg. After retiring from competition, he became a judo coach, training athletes including Nuno Delgado and Telma Monteiro.
