Anne Blanc
Anne Blanc (born 20 July 1966) is a French politician from La République En Marche! (LREM). She served in the National Assembly from 2017 to 2022, representing Aveyron’s 2nd constituency. In parliament, she sat on the Committee on Economic Affairs and chaired the French-Brazilian Parliamentary Friendship Group. In April 2018 she co-signed a request for a commission of inquiry into the legality of weapons sales to the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen, just before a visit by Mohammed bin Salman to Paris. In July 2019 she abstained from the vote to ratify the EU-Canada trade deal (CETA), breaking from the majority of her party. She was born in Rodez, Aveyron, and lives in Naucelle.
