Anna Catherine Turvey (born 5 February 1980) is a racing cyclist who competes for Ireland in road and track events. She was born in Sunderland, England, and rides for the Tyneside Vagabonds cycling club. She holds Irish national records for the 10-mile, 25-mile, and 50-mile individual time trials.

Turvey began as an amateur triathlete. In 2013 she finished second in theRTTC National 25-mile time trial and was in the top 10 of the British Elite time trial.

She joined the Scottish Cycling Performance Program in 2013 to aim for the 2014 Commonwealth Games and represented Scotland at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in the Road Time Trial (9th) and the Individual Pursuit on the track (12th).

In December 2015 Turvey switched to represent Ireland, qualifying through her mother. In June 2016 she won the Irish National Time Trial title. That year she rode for Ireland at the European Road Championships and the UCI Road World Championships.

She was called to ride for Ireland in the team pursuit at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in Paris, and she also competed in the individual pursuit, finishing 3rd, while the Irish team finished 8th in the team pursuit.

Away from cycling, Turvey works as an optometrist. She is the cousin of British professional racing driver Oliver Turvey.
