Conasprella bajanensis is a species of sea snail in the cone snail family, Conidae. It was first described in 1968 by Nowell-Usticke. Like all cone snails, it is predatory and venomous and can sting humans, so live specimens should be handled with care or not at all. The shell length ranges from about 20 to 35 millimeters. This snail lives on the continental shelf in the Caribbean, including waters off Tobago and French Guiana. Although its name suggests a link to Barbados, the original specimens were likely collected by shrimpers who fished off Guyana, about 300 miles south of Barbados. Despite several deep-water dredges off Barbados in the 1960s–1980s, Conasprella bajanensis has not been found in Barbados waters. Its conservation status is Least Concern.
