Andriy Borysovych Pylyavskyi (born 4 December 1988 in Kyiv) is a Ukrainian former professional footballer who played as a centre back. He trained in Kyiv at ATEK and Shakhtar Donetsk’s academy, and began his senior career with Arsenal Kyiv. After injuries and a stint with Nafkom Brovary, he helped Nyva Vinnytsia win promotion to the Ukrainian Premier League.

In 2011 he joined Maccabi Haifa in Israel, where he won the league, reached the cup final, and scored his first goal in the Toto Cup against Hapoel Acre. He also scored a late winner for Haifa against Bnei Yehuda in 2012–13 and extended his contract in 2013. He spent 2011–2012 on loan at Beitar Jerusalem.

Later, Pylyavskyi played for Zorya Luhansk, and Rubin Kazan in Russia (with loans to Vorskla Poltava and Zorya Luhansk). He ended his career with Nyva Buzova and Shturm Ivankiv. He earned one cap for Ukraine in 2014.
