Andres Castillo

Andres V. Castillo was the second Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines. He served from January 6, 1961, to December 31, 1967. A banker and politician, he led the bank under Presidents Carlos P. Garcia, Diosdado Macapagal, and Ferdinand Marcos. He took over from Miguel Cuaderno, Sr. and was followed by Alfonso Calalang.
