Almaș (Hungarian Almás-patak) is a small river in Hunedoara County, Romania. It flows through Almaș-Săliște, Micănești, Pogănești and Cerbia before emptying into the Mureș River near Zam. The Almaș is 18 kilometers long and drains an area of 86 square kilometers. Its right tributaries are Codru, Cireș and Valea Mare. Water from the Almaș continues to the Mureș, then to the Tisza, the Danube and finally the Black Sea.
