Alexandru Moldovan (born 23 August 1950 in Ocna Mureș, Romania) is a former football midfielder and Romanian manager. Moldovan is best known for his three spells with Raja Casablanca in Morocco. In his first spell he won the Moroccan league title in 1997. In his second stint (2001–02) he was fired while Raja were seven points clear, and the team ended that season in third place. In his third spell (2005) he won the Coupe du Trône and led Raja to the CAF Champions League semifinals, where they lost 2–0 on aggregate to Étoile du Sahel. He was fired in December 2005 and replaced by Oscar Fulloné.
