Alexander Bradshaw Campbell (born December 1, 1933) is a Canadian politician who served as the 23rd premier of Prince Edward Island from 1966 to 1978. He is the son of former PEI premier Thane A. Campbell. After winning a seat in the legislature in a 1965 by-election in 5th Prince, he quickly became leader of the PEI Liberal Party and, in 1966, was elected premier at age 32. He also served as Attorney General from 1966 to 1969.

His government worked to grow the economy and improve social conditions, introducing homeowner and homebuilder assistance, revamping the education system, and creating the PEI Heritage Foundation. It also launched the Land Development Corporation and the PEI Lending Authority and put controls on absentee land ownership.

Campbell left politics in 1978 to join the Prince Edward Island Supreme Court, where he delivered notable judgments, including Government of P.E.I. v Walker in 1992. He was named to the Order of Canada in 2013.

Education and family: Campbell studied at Dalhousie University, earning a BA and a law degree, and was called to the PEI bar in 1959. He married Marilyn Ruth Gilmour in 1961, and they have three children. He lived in Summerside, spent summers in Stanley Bridge, and winters in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he hosts an annual Prince Edward Island Picnic. He is a longtime member of Scouts Canada.
