Alepidea
Alepidea is a group of about 30 plant species in the carrot family (Apiaceae). All Alepidea species are native to Africa, mostly in southern Africa, but some reach as far north as Ethiopia. Atypical example is Alepidea masaica, whose flowerheads can be seen on Mount Kenya at about 3,000 meters. The genus is part of the order Apiales.
