Agoniella pygmaea is a small leaf beetle in the family Chrysomelidae. It lives in the Philippines, on the islands of Luzon and Negros. The species was described by Gestro in 1917 and has also been called Agonia pygmaea. No host plant has been documented for this beetle yet.
